Returns Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mzllah offers a straightforward and simple return\/exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your items purchased from us, please get in touch with us at info@mzllah.ae<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We promise to refund all re-delivery charges, if the error has occurred from our end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UAE & GCC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact us via email info@mzllah.ae with your name, item name and order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 4-5 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns received at our facility through mail within 5 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 5 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note
you are responsible to return the item\/s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INTERNATIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Same terms and conditions apply as the GCC, however, goods to be received back before an item is replaced or refunded. The client is responsible to cover the charges of the return or exchange, unless the fault is from Mzllah where shipping charges will be covered by us. If the item is in a perfect condition, refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDER CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Mzllah. Hence, if you would like to cancel an order you have made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mzllah is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client\u2019s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries\u2019 legalities prior to purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
